for me
today is my birthday. it's number 55.....and it doesn't bother me one bit to share that info. i've looked back on year 54 and decided that in year 55, perhaps i should kick it up a notch. stand my ground more. speak up more. call a wrong a wrong and be able to back it up. cheer for what's right. step up to the plate and take a swing at life. i watched a movie today and one of the lines that kept surfacing was "LIFE is in session." i like that. i think this year, instead of being predominantly a spectator, i'll be an active participant.

You have earned the right to "kick it up a notch".
ReplyDeleteLife is too short to be a spectator all the time. If you want to have direction then you need to be a participant.
